About Me

Matt Ireland has been in the IT industry since the early 90’s. His path to CISO started at a regional bank doing workstation and network support. He then transitioned to a global manufacturing company supporting enterprise messaging, servers, networks and firewalls. In 2001, Matt started the security operations team for an application service provider for banks and credit unions. Most recently, he was responsible for major incident and problem management for a midwest health insurance company.

Matt brings a unique perspective to the NTT Security leadership team; he was an NTT Security (US) (formerly Solutionary) client for more than 5 years during his tenure as a Director of Security Operations.
